The quote tool

The quoting interface captures your gender, date of birth, self-assessed health, tobacco consumption, desired coverage amount, and preferred term. This information routes to the quoting engine managed by the carriers' platform to generate rate quotes, and this site doesn't retain it. The quoting process doesn't demand your name, street address, cell phone or email. Identical searches within a short time may be pulled from cache rather than resending to the quote server.

Applying

Electing to apply transmits your entered information to prefill a protected application form managed by the carriers' platform, and from that point forward you're governed by their privacy policies. Susman Insurance Agency, a state-licensed California insurance company (License 0B75129), processes the submissions.

The contact form

The message form collects your name, email address, an optional phone number, your preferred communication method, a subject category, and your message content. Messages arrive directly in the agency's email inbox with your email as the return address. No copies of messages are retained on our servers, we maintain no directory of submissions, and no record of message specifics is logged. A lightweight security check operates in your browser immediately before transmission.

Measurement

This site measures visits using first-party analysis technology with no cookies, running on this domain itself. We don't set tracking identifiers; we mask a chunk of your IP address before storage; referrer information containing query parameters gets stripped out; basic server logs disappear after 90 days. Devices configured with Do Not Track settings or the Global Privacy Control signal aren't logged by our system.

What we do not do

Your information stays private: we don't monetize data, share with external companies, embed ad network code, or integrate outside analytics platforms. Only third-party system present on this site is the carriers' application tool, which loads solely when you visit the application area.
